    Kimbap means "kim" (seaweed laver) "bap" (rice). 

    Basically it is rice wrapped in seaweed laver with different kinds of stuffing. 

    Classic Kimbap is rice rolls stuffed with Korean spam, Egg, Carrots, Sweet Radish, and Marinated vegetables (usually it varies to season from Cucumber or Spinach) 

    Classic Kimbap contains four (4) rolls which is good for 3-4 persons.
